Sue's passion for interior design began early on, using art and sewing as her creative outlets. She turned dreams into reality through decorating, reupholstering, and crafting handmade furnishings, with a touch of global influence from her time in France and Spain.
In 2005, Sue founded her interior design business, fueled by word-of-mouth referrals. Recognizing a gap in the industry, she transitioned to "whole home" projects, collaborating closely with clients and builders. Sue oversees every detail, ensuring a personalized and seamless interior design experience for each client.

Sue's thriving design business welcomed her daughter Maddie in 2014, adding a vibrant, youthful perspective. Specializing in high-end residential interior design, they craft distinctive interiors for new constructions, renovations, and commercial spaces. Maddie's keen and intuitive design sense, combined with the profound connection between this dynamic mother-daughter duo, adds warmth to every space, enhancing the overall client experience.

In 2022, the integration of Kiersten into the design team brought a new dynamic, leveraging her expertise in sales, marketing and business management. Kiersten was thrilled to find a formal channel for her creativity, simultaneously contributing valuable administrative support to meet the team's operational needs.
For Sue, Maddie & Kiersten, the heart of their approach lies in attentive client collaboration, delving into how individuals envision their living spaces as a reflection of their unique life stories.
