This is done through our close relationships with the trades, different builders, and product managers to ensure no details are missed.

DESIGN PROCESS

First, we begin with a phone consultation and/or face to face meeting to assess your project and learn more about you. This meeting will help us gain a better understanding of the scope of the project, your style, and your vision for the space. We work based on an hourly rate. We will then send you a custom contract that includes our estimation of how many hours we think your project will require.
Taking what we learned about your style and project, we will begin to make selections together, keeping in mind our vision. We work with contractors and different vendors to ensure our plan is executed properly and within budget. Once the construction selections are made, we will provide you with mood boards, floor plans, and a shopping list of finishing options for your approval. All details will be addressed with your budget in mind. If at any time we near the estimated hours we initially proposed, we will inform you and together we can decide how to proceed.
Once all items are ordered, received and checked for damages, deliveries and installations will begin. This is where your vision will start to become a reality. Furniture is delivered, lights are installed, and the room is transformed into the beautiful concept we created together!
